Festival of Tables

 

One round table, eight (or ten) chairs and the food are all provided by Marchiori Catering.

The following items are your responsibility:

 

____Centerpiece for your table-Let your creative juices flow!

____Tablecloth (white one will be provided) - 120" round table cloths fit best

____Runner

____Napkins

____Dishes-dinner and salad plates

____Glasses - wine and water

____Silverware

____Coffee cups and saucers

____Sugar bowl

____Creamer

____Guest favors-eight (or ten, if you have one of the ten-top tables)

____ a frame that coordinates with your table and states the title of your table and the hostess’ name.

OPTIONAL:    

____Seating place cards                        

____Chair covers with bows will give your table a very elegant look

____Extension cords-If needed, please bring your own. Let us know if you need an electrical outlet.

____Camera to take pictures

____Send personal invitations to your relatives and friends to buy tickets for the viewing and the raffle.                   

____Send thank you cards to your guests for coming

 

MANDATORY:

Please sell the 8 or 10 tickets for dinner at your table. Tickets are $70.00 each, which includes the Second Viewing, Silent Auction, Dinner and Fashion Show.

         You pay the Daughters of Penelope and then collect from

         your table guests. This money will help us pay the food bill 

          and other expenses ahead of time.

 

        PLEASE LET US KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY EMPTY SEATS

        AT YOUR TABLE, SO THAT WE MAY FILL THEM.
